Written prescriptions are written at the discretion of our vets once they have assessed your pet. We are happy to provide you with written prescriptions at your request for most medications. One script can give you up to 3 months' worth of medications/treatments. We can only provide 1 month's written prescriptions for controlled drugs. We charge for written prescriptions and send the scripts directly to your pharmacy of choice.

Repeat Medications and Written Prescriptions

When patients are due medication, such as repeat medications, flea, tick and worming, or even food orders, please contact us by email at prescriptions@coquetvets.co.uk and include your pet’s name, your surname, and how many months worth of the treatment is required.

Neutering is a one off procedure and includes General Anaesthetic, a buster collar if needed, pain relief and a post op check 5 - 7 days later. Bitch Spey fees also include Intravenous fluid therapy (IVFT). Cats castrates do not require a post operative check.
