We can provide your pet with a preventative health care plan designed to give you peace of mind and fantastic savings for a low monthly direct debit payment*. The plan is for dogs and cats and includes:

Annual vaccination and health check (does not include the first vaccination for puppies and kittens)

  • 6-month health check

  • Year-round flea, tick, and worm prevention (dogs and cats)

  • Nail clipping - unlimited

  • Anal gland expressing - unlimited

  • 10% off neutering

  • 10% off ‘approved lifetime care’ medications (see below)

  • Microchip

  • 10% off dentistry

Cost per month:

  • Dog: £16.00**

  • Cat: £14.00**

These savings are worked out as the annual difference between paying the monthly fee versus buying the products outside the plan.

The products we use for the parasite prevention include:

HOW TO PURCHASE A PLAN

To purchase your Pet Health Plan, please ensure that your pet is registered with Coquet Vets. Not yet registered with us? Contact us at 01665 252 250 to register your pet.

Once you have been registered with Coquet Vets, simply follow the link below to purchase your Pet Health Plan online. Please purchase your Pet Health Plan ahead of booking your appointment to collect the appropriate flea or worming treatments or your pet’s annual vaccinations; just let our reception team know that you’re a Pet Health Plan member at the time of booking!

 
 
 
 

* Coquet Pet Club Terms & Conditions:
1) The plan applies to dogs and cats only.
2) Please note that it will be 4 weeks from the date you sign up for our Coquet Pet Club before you can receive any treatment.
3) Please be aware that if you cancel your Coquet Pet Club membership, you will be required to repay the discounts you have received within the 12-month policy. 
4) Petplan offers up to 4 weeks of free pet insurance for eligible pets. To be eligible, your pet must pass a health check with a vet immediately prior to activation. If you would like Coquet Vets to activate Petplan for you, please ask reception for details. 
5) VetSure Terms and Conditions of Membership (February 2026), including the cancellation policy, can be viewed and downloaded here.

There is a one-off sign-up fee of £5.00. Please contact the surgery or ask in clinic for more details on how to sign up.
